Agreement Between You and kxd8

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kxd8 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the kxd8 website at https://kxd8.app and all related services, games, promotions and features offered thereon. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on kxd8, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all registered players using kxd8 from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. kxd8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Who May Use kxd8

Access to kxd8 and the right to create an account and place bets is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. kxd8 may request documentation to verify any of these criteria at any time.

• 2You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party or corporation.
• 3You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of kxd8 or any of its partner companies.
• 4You hold only one registered account on kxd8. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• 5You are using kxd8 for personal entertainment and recreation only, not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose.

Account Registration and Security Obligations

To use kxd8 you must register a personal account. You may only hold one account at any time. Registration requires providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet. kxd8 is entitled to verify this information through document checks at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information held in your kxd8 account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any balance held. kxd8 may at its sole discretion require additional identity documents, including a National Identity Card (NID), before approving account withdrawal requests.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxd8 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. kxd8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact kxd8 support immediately via live chat or email. You agree to:

• Use a unique strong password for your kxd8 account and change it regularly.
• Log out of your account whenever you are using a shared or public device.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

kxd8 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. kxd8 does not accept credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, or any foreign currency transfer. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method and mobile wallet registered to your kxd8 account.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your kxd8 balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.
• Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of transaction.
• Only mobile wallet accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit to kxd8.
• kxd8 does not charge a deposit fee, however your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following morning. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply subject to VIP tier and account verification status.
• Withdrawals are sent only to the same mobile wallet used to fund the account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• kxd8 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before releasing any withdrawal. This is standard anti-fraud procedure.
• Any balance accrued through suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or system exploitation will be forfeited and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kxd8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are awarded at kxd8's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. General bonus rules applicable to all kxd8 promotions are set out below.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds may only be used for placing bets and wagers on kxd8 games and sports markets. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds to withdrawable real money, the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) must first be completed in full. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page and will typically be expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (e.g., 20x rollover means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).

• Players may only claim one welcome bonus per household, IP address and payment method.
• kxd8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the player.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• kxd8 may void bets and cancel bonuses if it reasonably suspects they were obtained through exploitation of a technical error, system fault or unintended promotional glitch.
• VIP programme rewards are governed by separate VIP Terms available on request from kxd8 support.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on kxd8 are final once confirmed. kxd8 operates sports betting markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi and other selected sports. Live betting markets are available for selected events and are subject to real-time odds changes. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

All casino games on kxd8 — including live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, crash games and fish games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealers. Published RTP figures are accurate at the time of publishing but are subject to change by the relevant game provider. kxd8 is not responsible for errors in RTP data supplied by third-party game providers.

• kxd8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to human or technical error.
• In the event of a disputed result, kxd8's determination of the official outcome will be final and binding.
• Betting using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, or match-fixing participation of any kind is prohibited.
• kxd8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Unusually large or structured transactions may be flagged for review. kxd8 may freeze account balances pending AML investigation without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming Obligations and Player Protection Tools

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any kxd8 content without express prior written permission from kxd8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxd8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kxd8 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, technical failures, or any errors in game results caused by third-party software providers.

kxd8 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. kxd8 accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, whether planned or unplanned, and recommends that players do not place bets during periods of known instability.

Account Suspension and Termination

kxd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, bonus abuse or use of prohibited betting strategies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by kxd8.
• At the player's own voluntary request via the self-exclusion or account closure function in the player dashboard.

Changes to These Terms

kxd8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
